EASY ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. skillet with lid
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. thyme
7 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
3 c. tomato juice

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess grease. Mix together the salt, pepper, oregano, dry mustard and thyme. Add to the beef mixture; mix well. Pour the tomato juice over the beef mixture and add broken uncooked spaghetti. Press spaghetti under juice with spoon. Cook over medium heat approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until juice is cooked up. Cover with lid while cooking.
