EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 boneless chicken breasts (6 pieces)
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook Stove Top Stuffing according to package directions and set aside. Rinse and place uncooked chicken breast in bottom of a 9x11 casserole dish.

Mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise and pour over chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of mixture. Top with prepared Stove Top Stuffing. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
