CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (cut)
3 c. diced chicken, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Stove top stuffing

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Cook broccoli and chicken. Layer ingredients as listed. Mix stove top stuffing with seasoning packet. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Then sprinkle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
