SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. squash
1/2 c. low cal mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Stove Top mushroom and onion stuffing mix

Cook squash with onion until tender. Drain off excess water. Add soup and mayonnaise. Melt butter and add all ingredients to Stove Top. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
