HAMBURGER TOMATO RICE SOUP 
1 sm. box minute rice
3 cans tomatoes
1/2 sm. green pepper sliced
1 sm. onion diced
3 sticks celery, diced
4 beef bouillon cubes
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb. hamburger
6 cups water

In large stew pot combine veggies, bouillon, salt, pepper and water. Bring to boil then let simmer.

Cook hamburger and add to pot with rice. If rice absorbs juice add more water. Let simmer for 1 hour.
