1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened

Drain and save syrup from fruit cocktail. Whip syrup with cream cheese. Add fruit cocktail and marshmallows. Stir and chill.
