STEPHANIE'S FAVORITE CHICKEN
SALAD
 
2 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all the ingredients. For a change of pace, substitute your favorite salad dressing for the mayonnaise. Ranch and Italian Garlic are both excellent.
