CHICKEN CASSEROLE II 
2 lbs. chicken, cooked & boned, skinless
2 boxes broccoli, frozen
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella & cheddar cheese

Place chicken on buttered 9"x12" baking dish, add broccoli. Mix mayonnaise, lemon and curry powder with soup. Pour over the broccoli. Then add cheese as a topping and cover. Microwave on High power for 5 minutes. Then at 60 power for 10 minutes. Or bake in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
