QUICK CHILI RICE 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can drained sweet kernel corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
