QUICK CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 1/4 c. tomato soup
2 c. kidney beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In a large fry pan brown ground beef, onion and celery. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
