HONEY CURRY CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) whole chicken, cut up into 8 pieces
1 cup milk

COATING:

1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder

SAUCE:

1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. curry powder
dash Tabasco sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine coating ingredients in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces in milk then in flour mixture. Place chicken in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour over chicken and bake an additional 45 minutes.
