POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 c. diced onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick melted butter

Mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onions, cheese, salt and garlic salt and bake in 9x13 inch baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Mix crushed corn flakes and melted butter and crumble over top and bake 1/2 hour longer.
