BAKED BARBECUE POTATOES 
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices bacon (crisp), diced and drained

Combine and mix flour, salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes, onions, flour mixture and 1/2 of cheese in a shallow 2-quart casserole. Combine catsup, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce and scalded milk. Mix and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter, diced bacon and remaining cheese.

Bake, covered, at 375°F for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
