BARBECUE CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 T minced onion
1/2 c barbecue sauce
1 1/2 T brown sugar
1 8 oz can biscuits
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Sauté ground beef till brown. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Using 1 8 oz can of biscuits, press each onto greased muffin pan. Spoon meat mixture onto biscuits and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes.
