CREAMED RICE 
2 cups cooked rice
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook rice and empty Cheez Whiz into hot rice. Saute celery and onion in butter. Boil broccoli until tender and drain. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
