TUNA SALAD 
2 cans tuna, drained
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, fold mayonnaise into tuna mixture.
