CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 large pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1/2 c. Cool Whip

In a medium saucepan, put water and butter over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Then add flour, mixing well. Put mixture in a bowl. Beat in 1 egg at a time, mixing well in between each egg. Grease cookie sheet and drop puffs by teaspoon.

Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.

Filling: Make pudding according to directions. Then add Cool Whip. Mix well. When puffs have cooled, cut off top of puffs and fill with mixture.

Puff Alternative: Make larger puffs. When cooled, cut off top of puffs. Fill with your favorite ice cream and top with chocolate sauce.
