STRAWBERRY SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water; add strawberries and stir until completely thawed. Pour into flat dish and chill until firm. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple juice and cool. Blend in softened cream cheese and pineapple; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream and pour lemon mixture over strawberry mixture. Chill until firm. 10 to 12 servings.
