STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 lg. tomatoes
1 c. bread crumbs
6 anchovy fillets
1/4 lb. Italian sausage, chopped
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice off top of tomatoes and remove seeds and pulp. Do not break the skin of tomatoes. Mix remainder of ingredients and fill the tomatoes with mixture. Place in an oiled baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
