STUFFED PEPPERS AND TOMATOES 
2 lb. hamburger
1 bunch green onion
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. rice
3 tbsp. parsley
1 garlic clove
12 tomatoes
6-8 peppers

Scoop out tomatoes and set tomatoes aside. Combine insides of tomatoes, hamburger, garlic salt, rice, parsley and garlic. Slice top off pepper, clean out inside. Fill insides of peppers and tomatoes with meat mixture and put top slice back on. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
