CHOCOLATE SURPRISE CAKE 
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate mini morsels

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. In small bowl using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs and vanilla. Beat until blended and set aside. Prepare cake as directed, fold in chocolate morsels. Pour into pan, evenly cover with cream cheese mixture. Bake until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 25 minutes. Remove from pan, cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve with whipped cream and raspberries if desired.
