MARINADE FOR BEEF, PORK OR
CHICKEN
 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground black or white pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
12 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in blender for 40 seconds.

Makes 3 1/2 cups marinade. Marinate meat all day before cooking.
