BAKED PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING 
4 pork chops (boneless)
3 c. soft bread cubes
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Brown chops on both sides. Mix together bread cubes, poultry seasoning, onion, water and melted butter. Place chops in a baking dish and place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend cream of mushroom soup and water. Pour over chops and stuffing.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F about 1 1/4 hours.
