BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH CORN
DRESSING
 
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. drained whole kernel corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. melted drippings

Season with salt. Mix all well together. Brown pork chops and place in baking dish. Cover with corn dressing. Add 1/4 inch of water in dish. Bake uncovered 45 minutes, then cover and bake 30 minutes.
