BAKED PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING 
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix for pork
1 cup chopped apple
1 small can sliced mushrooms
6 pork chops, browned on both sides
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish or 9x9 pan.

Prepare stuffing mix with apple and mushrooms. Press in dish. Arrange cooked pork chops on top. With a spatula, use undiluted soup and spread over the entire top of chops and in between cover and bake 45-50 minutes until very bubbly.

Variations: You can use boneless chicken breasts with cream of chicken soup. Enjoy!

I made this with butterflying a pork loin chop and stuffing it with the stuffing, apple and "FRESH" chopped mushrooms (used toothpicks to keep closed while browning and baking. Added another can of cream of mushroom so we would have a gravy for the Garlic Mash Potatos I made along with it. Lined the baking dish with the leftover stuffing and it was WONDERFUL!!!! Could have used some more flavor, but otherwise it was great.Served steamed brussell sprouts with it also

Add lipton onion soup mix to the mushroom soup, and put over the top. Really tasty!
