SALMON QUICHE 
1/2 chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 lg. cans salmon
Juice of 2 lemons
3/4 c. half & half
4 eggs
2 deep dish pie crusts

Remove all bones and skin from salmon. Mix all ingredients together. Makes 2. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
