SUPER SALMON QUICHE | |
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust/pastry shell 1 (15 oz.) can salmon 3 eggs 1 c. cream style cottage cheese 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. half and half 4 oz. can mushrooms 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1/4 c. chopped green onions Bake pie shell on lower rack of oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Drain salmon, saving 1 tablespoon liquid. Break salmon into chunks. |
