CORN PUDDING 
2 c. corn
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in corn and bake for 1 hour in 325°F oven in a greased casserole dish.
