1 pkg. lemon cake mix
16 oz. can fruit cocktail
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix together, spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts, if desired. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Leave in pan, while warm, spread with glaze.

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Boil 2 minutes, add 1 1/3 cups coconut and pour over cake. Will be so moist, cake will fall apart.
