SPOON BREAD 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
4 eggs

Cook milk, cornmeal, salt over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mush, approximately 15 minutes. Add butter; then let cool. Beat eggs and stir into mush. Bake in lightly greased dish for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
