HAMBURGER BALLS 
3 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
Lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
Garlic
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped celery

Mix together. Make balls little larger than a golf ball and place in casserole.

SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic

Pour over meatballs and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes enough to freeze.
