DOUBLE TATER TOT CHEESE HOTDISH
1 1/2-2 lb. (browned) ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can peas, drained
1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (12 oz.) can cream of corn
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Kraft singles
1 c. milk
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (24 oz.) pkg. tater tots
1 med. onion, optional

Substitute: Frozen vegetables can be used, but require 1/2 hour longer baking time. Different canned vegetables can be used also.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef with finely chopped onion in a medium frying pan. Then in a medium saucepan, on medium heat, melt the Kraft singles in the milk, then add the cream of mushroom to make a thick sauce.

Next, in a 4 quart casserole dish, mix ground beef mixture with vegetables and 1 package of tater tots. Pour cheese sauce over mixture and mix with spoon. Add the other package of tarter tots to the top. Leave uncovered and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. If using frozen vegetables bake for 1/2 hour longer.
