PEPPER STEAK IN THE CROCK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
1 large onion
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, sliced

Spray bottom and sides of crock-pot with nonstick oil. Put all ingredients in crock and mix well. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours. Serve with noodles or rice.
