TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 can pineapple chunks
3 c. miniature marshmallows
4 lg. diced apples
1 1/2 c. Planters peanuts
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix:

1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Juice from pineapple chunks
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 beaten egg

Cook until thick; stirring constantly. Place in a small bowl and refrigerate until cool.

In large bowl, mix pineapple chunks, apples, nuts, marshmallows and cooled sauce. Add Cool Whip. Chill and let set overnight.
