2 c. Jiffy mix or Bisquick 2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. shortening, melted 1/2 c. milk Combine ingredients to soft dough. Place by large tablespoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Served with fruit, mainly strawberries over. Makes 6 nice shortcakes. | |
