SCOTCH EGGS 
5 eggs
1 pkg. sausage meat
Seasoning
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Hard boil the eggs and peel off shells. Roll eggs in flour and mold sausage meat around eggs so they are completely covered. Roll in bread crumbs and then deep fry 8-10 minutes in moderate heat. Serve with salad or vegetables.
