1 lb. sausage meat 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 6 hard boiled eggs (peeled) 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chili sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 2 well beaten eggs Oil for frying Combine meat, chili sauce, Worcestershire and salt. Press meat mixture into 6 round patties. Press around eggs. Dip in bread crumbs. Dip in beaten eggs. Dip in bread crumbs. |
