SCOTCH EGGS 
10 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cold
2 lb. sausage
Salt and pepper
4 oz. onions, diced
2 raw eggs
1/3 c. flavored bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together except boiled eggs. Divide into 10 portions. Roll each egg with sausage mixture. Roll in more flavored or plain bread crumbs. Deep fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
