SCOTCH EGGS 
12 eggs
2 lb. sausage
2 c. cracker crumbs

Boil number of eggs that you desire and peel. Make a milk and flour batter - set aside. Wrap 2 sausage patties around each egg. Dip in batter and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in deep Crisco until golden brown.
