CRAB QUICHE 
Pastry for 9" quiche or pie pan
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen imitation crabmeat, thawed
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Dash nutmeg
1/3 c. chopped green onion

Line a 9" quiche pan with pastry and trim excess around edge of pan. Prick bottom and sides with fork and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Stir in crabmeat, cheese, nutmeg and onion. Spoon into pie shell dn bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
