SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins

Mash potatoes in large bowl, add spices, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla, and raisins. Mix well. Place in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients and crumble on top of potato mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes until browned.
