SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. yams, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Put into a casserole dish after mixing.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. pecans

Mix the first 3 topping ingredients and put on top of yams. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
