SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can yams (17 1/2 oz.)
1 soft stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat all ingredients until blended. Place in 1 1/2 quart dish. Cover with topping. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, during last 5 minutes, remove the cover.
