FRENCH APPLESAUCE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Jello French vanilla
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. applesauce
1 c. finely chopped raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Blend all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or when cake springs back from touch and pulls away from sides. Do not underbake. Cool 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Top with confectioners' glaze.

CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR GLAZE:

Stir about 1 tablespoon hot milk or water into 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar.
