SARAH'S FAMOUS SOUTHWESTERN TACO
SALAD!

1 to 2 lb. ground beef chuck (depends on # of people you are serving)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 env. taco seasoning (your favorite)
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can dark or light kidney beans drained (whichever you prefer)
1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained

First brown your meat with the chopped green onions already in it to get some flavors going. Once your meat is done drain off the grease (careful not to burn yourself). Add taco seasoning and everything else on top of that. Stir everything really well. Let it simmer on medium to medium low for about 10 to 15 minutes to let it heat up and so the flavors can kinda mix together some.

Spoon some over lettuce in a bowl and put on your favorite taco toppings like cheese, olives, green onions, dairy sour cream, salsa, or anything else you like and use your favorite tortilla chip instead of a fork! Or even use it to make a great taco wrap. And enjoy!

Note: It's actually even better after it's sat in your refrigerator for a day or two.
