TANGY TACO SALAD 
Party pleaser. Makes a lot!

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can dark kidney beans
1 tomato, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
chopped onion (optional)
1 bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing
shredded lettuce

In a medium skillet brown ground beef till no longer pink, drain excess grease. Add water and taco seasoning, mixing well. Cook until most of the water has cooked away.

In a large bowl combine cooked beef, cheese, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped onion (if desired) and a bottle of Catalina dressing. Mix well. Serve as is, or in a taco shell bowl. Top with shredded lettuce.
