BEEF PAPRIKA
1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 bouillon cube
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
hot cooked noodles (I like Dutch egg noodles)

Cut the beef into thin strips. Brown quickly in hot butter. Lower the heat, blend in flour, paprika and salt. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring frequently until the sauce boils and is thick. Blend in all remaining ingredients except the sour cream and noodles. Simmer until tender, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream. Serve over noodles.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
