Combine all ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Drop a teaspoon full of cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.

Bake the cookies at 350°F for approximately 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the oven, or until golden brown around edges and bottom.

Note: The cookies will be really soft when you take them out of the oven, but will slightly harden once they have cooled.
