HERB BUTTER BASTED TURKEY BREAST | |
1/2 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. whole sage 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 5 to 5 1/2 lb. turkey breast Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Set aside. Baste turkey breast; place on a baking rack. Roast uncovered for 2 hours or until done at 325°F. Baste often. I baste about every 15 minutes. |
