CRUSTLESS PIZZA 
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. tomato juice
1 c. green pepper
1 lg. onion
1 c. mushrooms

Cook ground beef, and when almost done, add all vegetables and tomato juice. When cooked to your preference, place mixture in a baking dish and top with cheese and place under broiler until melted.
